The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company is 12.5499 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 79.76%. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 0.1 yuan for every 10 shares based on the total share capital on the profit distribution equity registration date for 2024, with a total profit distribution expected to be 9.5159 million yuan. There will be no transfer of statutory surplus reserves or issuance of bonus shares this time
