MGL New Materials announced that the shareholding reduction plan of shareholders holding more than 5%, Beijing Yindi Investment Co., Ltd. and its concerted parties Lianyungang Honglai Enterprise Management Partnership and Yancheng New Lithium Technology Co., Ltd., Lu Chunquan and his concerted parties Qiongqing Cheng Purun Lifan Investment Partnership has expired. Among them, Yancheng New Lithium Technology Co., Ltd. reduced its holdings by 2.977 million shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.65% of the company's total share capital; Lu Chunquan and his concerted parties Qiongqing Cheng Purun Lifan Investment Partnership reduced their holdings by 799,900 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.17% of the company's total share capital
