# Avic Hi-Tech: Plans to repurchase company shares worth 100 million to 200 million yuan for equity incentives

Avic Hi-Tech announced that the company plans to use its own funds to repurchase part of its ordinary shares of RMB through centralized bidding. The repurchase amount will not be less than 100 million yuan and not exceed 200 million yuan, with a repurchase price not exceeding 36 yuan per share. The repurchased shares will be used for the future implementation of the equity incentive plan. The repurchase period is within 12 months from the date the board of directors approves the repurchase plan
