# LIHANG TECHNOLOGY is subject to delisting risk warning and will be suspended for trading for 1 day on April 28

According to the announcement from LIHANG TECHNOLOGY (603261.SH), after auditing by ShineWing Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership), the audited total profit, net profit, or net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses for the year 2024 is negative, and the operating revenue after deducting income unrelated to the main business and income without commercial substance is less than 300 million yuan. According to Article 9.3.2 (1) of the Shanghai Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules, "If the audited total profit, net profit, or net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses for the most recent accounting year is negative and the operating revenue is less than 300 million yuan," the company's stock trading will be subject to delisting risk warning.

The company's stock will be suspended for one day on April 28, 2025 (Monday), and will implement delisting risk warning starting from the opening of the market on April 29, 2025 (Tuesday). After the implementation of the delisting risk warning, the company's stock will trade on the risk warning board, with a daily price fluctuation limit of 5%
