# Overview of A-share Stock Buybacks: Today, 88 Companies Disclosed Buyback Progress

According to Wind data, on April 26, 88 companies announced a total of 94 stock repurchase-related developments. Among them, 66 companies disclosed stock repurchase plans for the first time, 7 companies had their repurchase plans approved by the shareholders' meeting, 10 companies disclosed the progress of stock repurchase implementation, and 5 companies completed their repurchase plans. From the perspective of first-time disclosure of repurchase plans, a total of 30 companies had repurchase plan amounts exceeding 10 million yuan on that day. Baosteel, Goldwind Technology, and GDTC had the highest repurchase plan amounts, proposing to repurchase no more than 543 million yuan, 500 million yuan, and 400 million yuan, respectively. In terms of repurchase plans approved by the shareholders' meeting, a total of 4 companies had repurchase plans exceeding 10 million yuan on that day. Haige Communication, SACO, and HUALAN BIOLOGICAL had the highest repurchase amounts, proposing to repurchase no more than 400 million yuan, 62.8334 million yuan, and 14.0239 million yuan, respectively. In terms of repurchase implementation progress, CATL, ANDON HEALTH, and JACK had the highest repurchase amounts, repurchasing 255 million yuan, 240 million yuan, and 131 million yuan, respectively. From the completed repurchases, a total of 5 companies had repurchase amounts exceeding 10 million yuan on that day. Shede Spirits, Xiangcai Co., and Shangneng Electric had the highest completed repurchase amounts, repurchasing 100 million yuan, 80.0004 million yuan, and 49.992 million yuan, respectively
