According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ZEHO ECO (605069.SH) announced that in light of the demand for the development of new industries and urban tourism system construction in Qian'an City, as well as the city's advantageous location, culture, and ecological resources, Qian'an City is focusing on ecological restoration and infrastructure upgrades, hoping to become a model for the ecological civilization transformation of resource-based cities. Beijing Zhenghe Hengji Waterfront Ecological Environment Governance Co., Ltd. is an ecological technology operator listed on the main board, with 28 years of experience and focusing on three main business sectors: ecological environment, AI cultural creativity, and artificial intelligence. The company is committed to empowering Qian'an's ecological civilization transformation from the dimensions of ecological environment enhancement, GEP value accounting, and ecological cultural tourism operation. In order to promote the Great Wall culture, facilitate the rapid development of Qian'an City's cultural and tourism industry, and enhance the city's visibility and influence, Yanshan (Hebei) Cultural Tourism Development Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as: Yanshan Cultural Tourism Group) and the company have conducted friendly consultations on the "Ecological Restoration and Cultural Tourism Integration Development and GEP Accounting Demonstration Project," reaching the following cooperation intention: the cooperation project is for ecological restoration and cultural tourism integration development and GEP accounting demonstration project—promoting the strategic transformation of Qian'an from an iron city to an ecological civilization demonstration city, with a total investment of 2 billion yuan.
