# Shouyao Holdings: Plans to invest no more than 787 million yuan to build a new drug research and development and industrialization base project

On the evening of April 27, Shouyao Holdings announced that the company plans to invest no more than 787 million yuan using its own and raised funds to independently construct a new "Shouyao Holdings New Drug R&D and Industrialization Base" project in the Yizhuang New Town International Pharmaceutical Innovation Park, and has signed an "Economic Development Cooperation Agreement" with the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee. After the cooperation agreement takes effect, the company will obtain the project land according to the bidding and auction supply procedures and build a new headquarters that includes a research and development center, quality control center, clinical trial center, sales center, and production base, with a construction period of 3 years
