On the evening of April 27, HANDLER announced that its shareholder MEI TUNG LIMITED, holding 7.20% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 22.09 million shares within three months after 15 trading days through centralized bidding or block trading, accounting for 2.12% of the total share capital after excluding shares in the repurchase special account
