SOKAN announced that the operating revenue for 2024 is expected to be 746 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 26.41%. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company is 86.3955 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.52%. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 2.33 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders, based on the remaining share capital of 111 million shares after deducting the shares in the repurchase special account, totaling a cash dividend distribution of 25.9351 million yuan. At the same time, the company will increase the capital reserve by distributing 4 additional shares for every 10 shares to all shareholders, totaling an increase of 44.5238 million shares, bringing the total share capital of the company to 156 million shares
