# COFC: Zong Wenfeng resigns as chairman

On April 28, COFC announced that the company's chairman, Zong Wenfeng, applied to resign from the positions of chairman, director, and other roles due to reaching retirement age. After resigning, he will no longer hold any position in the company, and the resignation will take effect from the date it is delivered to the company's board of directors.
