# ERA: Plans to increase capital by 80 million yuan for Guangdong Era

ERA announced that the company held a board meeting on April 28, 2025, and approved a proposal to increase the capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangdong Era, by 80 million yuan. After the capital increase is completed, the registered capital of Guangdong Era will increase from 260 million yuan to 340 million yuan. This capital increase does not constitute a related party transaction or a major asset reorganization, and only requires approval from the board of directors, without the need to submit it for shareholder meeting approval
