# XZB plans to establish a joint venture company with an investment of 77 million yuan, holding 77% of the shares

XZB announced that the company plans to jointly invest with Zhejiang Tuoman Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and Mr. Sun Lisong to establish Hangzhou September Eight Precision Transmission Technology Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 100 million RMB, of which XZB will contribute 77 million RMB, holding 77% of the shares. The total investment amount for the project is approximately 500 million RMB, with the remaining funds to be supplemented by shareholder investments or raised by the joint venture company. The joint venture will research, produce, and sell precision transmission components such as rolling ball screws and rolling screws, aiming to achieve multi-party strategic cooperation and complementary advantages. This investment does not constitute a related party transaction and does not constitute a major asset reorganization
