# KFM KINGDOM's subsidiary plans to purchase machinery for 9.44 million yuan

> KFM KINGDOM announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary KPM Malaysia has signed a procurement contract with Xieyi Technology Precision Machinery (China) Co., Ltd. to purchase 16 metal stamping crankshaft stamping machines for RMB 9.44 million. This move is part of the group's expansion of its production base in Malaysia, expected to be operational starting November 2023, aimed at enhancing production capacity

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, KFM KINGDOM (03816) announced that on April 28, 2025, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary KPM Malaysia entered into a procurement contract with the seller (Xieyi Technology Precision Machinery (China) Co., Ltd.) for a total price of RMB 9.44 million. The purchased assets include 16 crankshaft stamping machines for metal stamping.

As part of the group's business plan, the group has expanded its production base in Malaysia, which has been operational since November 2023. The procurement aims to acquire more machines to expand the group's operations at its production base in Malaysia
