NOVA TECH announced that its shareholder Huai'an Zhongren Jiaye Venture Capital Partnership plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 197,500 shares through centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for 0.1499% of the company's total share capital and 0.1516% of the total share capital after deducting repurchased shares. The reduction period is from May 23, 2025, to August 22, 2025
