# BIRD: The company's stock will implement delisting risk warning starting from April 30

BIRD announced that due to the company's net profit for the 2024 fiscal year, after deducting non-recurring gains and losses, being negative, and the operating income, after deducting revenue unrelated to the main business and income lacking commercial substance, being less than 300 million yuan, it has triggered the delisting risk warning conditions stipulated in Article 9.3.2 of the Shanghai Stock Exchange Listing Rules. The company's stock will be suspended for trading for one day on April 29, and will resume trading on April 30 with a delisting risk warning implemented, after which the A-share abbreviation will be \*ST BIRD. The company will take measures to strive for the cancellation of the delisting risk warning, including increasing the development of new products, expanding the market, and promoting investment and mergers and acquisitions
