# Baolihua: Net profit of 706 million yuan in 2024, a year-on-year decrease of 20.60%

Baolihua announced that its operating revenue for 2024 is expected to be 7.904 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 23.08%. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company is 706 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 20.60%. The profit distribution plan and capital reserve fund transfer to increase share capital plan reviewed by the company's board of directors for the reporting period are as follows: based on the total share capital of 2.176 billion shares at the end of 2024, a cash dividend of 1.5 yuan will be distributed for every 10 shares to all shareholders, totaling a profit distribution of 326 million yuan, with the remaining undistributed profits carried forward to future distributions. There will be no bonus shares issued this time, nor will there be a transfer of capital reserve fund to increase share capital
