# ZHONG FU TONG: Controlling shareholder extends pledge of shares

ZHONG FU TONG announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Chen Rongjie, has conducted a stock pledge repurchase transaction renewal and supplementary pledge at Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd. Among them, the initial pledged shares were 9.93 million shares, and the number of shares renewed for this pledge is 9.93 million shares, accounting for 17.41% of his holdings and 4.32% of the company's total share capital. Additionally, there is another initial pledged share count of 963,000 shares, with the renewed pledge count being 963,000 shares, accounting for 1.69% of his holdings and 0.42% of the company's total share capital, along with a supplementary pledge. After this renewal of share pledges, Mr. Chen Rongjie has cumulatively pledged 26.933 million shares of the company he holds, accounting for 47.23% of his total holdings in the company and 11.72% of the company's total shares
