Hylink announced that in 2024, the company achieved operating revenue of 2.031 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 63.07%; the net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 547 million yuan, compared to a net loss of 684 million yuan in the same period last year; the net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company, excluding non-recurring gains and losses, was 528 million yuan, compared to a net loss of 647 million yuan in the same period last year; the basic earnings per share were -2.16 yuan, compared to -2.7 yuan in the same period last year. As of December 31, 2024, the company's total assets were 2.182 billion yuan, a decrease of 29.53% compared to the end of the previous year; the net assets attributable to shareholders of the listed company were 427 million yuan, a decrease of 56.05% compared to the end of the previous year. The company's board of directors recommends no profit distribution and no capital reserve transfer to increase share capital for the year 2024
