# Yowant Technology: Focusing on AI's involvement in organizational management issues

On April 29th, Foshan Yowant Technology Co., Ltd. released its performance announcement for the year 2024. On the same day, Yowant Technology issued a letter to all employees, in which Chairman Xie Rudong pointed out the organizational and personnel efficiency issues within the company. He stated that an AI automation management system would be introduced to address these issues, aiming to "significantly simplify work, allowing employees to better unleash their creativity and earn more through hard work." According to the company, the AI management system used by Yowant Technology is a customized version developed based on the AI framework of its brother company "Bie You Dong Tian," intended for company management and efficiency enhancement, with plans to implement a major version update across the company starting on May 10th
