712 Corp. announced that its controlling shareholder, ZhiBo Technology, increased its holdings in the company by 218,700 shares through the Shanghai Stock Exchange system via centralized bidding on April 29, 2025, accounting for approximately 0.028% of the company's current total share capital, with a total transaction amount of RMB 4.0127 million. Before the first increase, ZhiBo Technology held 370 million shares of the company, accounting for 47.95% of the total share capital; after the first increase, ZhiBo Technology held 370 million shares of the company, accounting for 47.98% of the total share capital. This increase plan has not yet been fully implemented, and ZhiBo Technology will continue to increase its holdings in the company at an opportune time
