# SRBG: Plans to repurchase company shares worth 100 million to 200 million yuan

Sichuan Road and Bridge announced that Sichuan Road and Bridge Construction Group Co., Ltd. plans to use its own funds or self-raised funds to repurchase part of the issued ordinary shares of RMB through centralized bidding trading, with the repurchase amount not less than 100 million yuan and not exceeding 200 million yuan. The upper limit for the repurchase price is 12.54 yuan per share
