# COFCO Technology & Industry: Shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 3% of the company's shares

COFCO Technology & Industry announced that its shareholder, Shengliang Investment, which holds more than 5% of the shares, along with its concerted parties, plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 15,368,226 shares, not exceeding 3% of the company's total share capital, within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
