# Daqian: Plans to sell assets worth 10.2859 million yuan

Daqian Ecology announced that the company plans to sell the property located at No. 195, Shanghai Road, Gulou District, Nanjing, held by related party Ms. Fan Hedi, for a transaction amount of 10.2859 million yuan. This transaction has been approved by the fifteenth meeting of the fifth board of directors of the company and does not require submission for shareholder meeting approval. As of March 31, 2025, the original book value of the target asset is 16.0677 million yuan, and the book net value is 8.4717 million yuan. The ownership of the transaction target is clear, with no mortgages, pledges, or any other restrictions on transfer, and it does not involve litigation, arbitration matters, or judicial measures such as seizure or freezing
