SPRIXIN announced that the company plans to sign a framework agreement with Tibet Dongrun Digital Energy Co., Ltd., with the first capital increase expected to be 62.5 million yuan, acquiring 20% of Tibet Dongrun's equity. Once the subsequent investment conditions mature, the company expects to further acquire no less than 5% and no more than 13% of Tibet Dongrun's equity through cash capital increase. In summary, if this transaction is successfully completed, the company expects to hold an equity ratio of no less than 25% and no more than 33% in Tibet Dongrun
