According to the announcement from China Financial Development (03623), the company granted a total of 9 million stock options to qualified participants on April 29, 2025, under the stock option plan approved by the company on June 28, 2024, allowing them to subscribe for ordinary shares of the company at HKD 0.01 per share, subject to the acceptance of the stock options by the grantees
