# GL TECH and Ruijie Micro signed a strategic cooperation agreement in the field of advanced packaging and grinding

On April 28th, GL TECH's wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangli Ruihong Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Ruijie Micro Technology Co., Ltd. The two parties will conduct in-depth cooperation in the field of advanced packaging and grinding, jointly establishing a collaborative innovation alliance framework centered on "demand-driven, technological breakthroughs, and industrial validation," and creating a domestic fully automated advanced packaging R&D and production platform that encompasses "material characterization - equipment optimization - process validation - application closed loop." This cooperation marks a substantial step forward in the important practice of collaborative innovation and breaking through technological bottlenecks among upstream and downstream enterprises in the domestic advanced packaging industry chain
