# SHBT: The controlling shareholder pledged 1.97 million shares

SHBT announced that Mr. Jin Xiaotang, a concerted actor of the controlling shareholder and actual controller, holds 27.7488 million shares of the company, accounting for 8.20% of the total share capital. After this pledge, Mr. Jin Xiaotang has cumulatively pledged 1.97 million shares, accounting for 7.10% of his holdings and 0.58% of the total share capital. The company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Jin Kun, and his concerted actor, Mr. Jin Xiaotang, collectively hold 135 million shares of the company, accounting for 39.77% of the total share capital. After this pledge, Mr. Jin Kun and his concerted actor, Mr. Jin Xiaotang, have cumulatively pledged 24.97 million shares of the company, accounting for 18.55% of their total holdings and 7.38% of the total share capital
