# XCEC: Unable to disclose periodic reports within the statutory deadline, trading suspension starts from May 6

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, XCEC (600777.SH) stated that the company is unable to disclose the audited annual report for 2024 and the first quarter report for 2025 within the statutory deadline. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Shanghai Stock Exchange Listing Rules, the company's stock will be suspended from trading starting May 6, 2025. If the company is still unable to disclose the 2024 annual report within 2 months of the suspension, the company's stock will be subject to delisting risk warning
