# Jiawei Energy's controlling shareholder received a warning letter from the Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Bureau

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Jiawei Energy (300317.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder, Fuyang Quanfu Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., recently received a warning letter from the Shenzhen Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

On September 6, 2024, Fuyang Quanfu disclosed an announcement regarding the plan to increase its holdings in the company through Jiawei Energy, committing to increase its holdings of no less than 60 million yuan worth of Jiawei Energy shares with its own funds within six months from the date of the announcement. As of March 6, 2025, the plan to increase holdings has expired, and no Jiawei Energy shares have been purchased
