# STERLING GP received early loan repayment

According to the announcement from STERLING GP (01825), based on the loan agreement, SAL provided a loan of USD 4.2128 million to Tritech, with an annual interest rate of 7%. After recent discussions with Tritech, the group has successfully reached an agreement with Tritech, whereby, in addition to repaying HKD 10 million on April 24, 2025, Tritech will also repay the outstanding balance of the loan early. The company believes that this early repayment is very beneficial to the overall financial condition of the group. According to the loan agreement, repayment of the principal and related interest at any time will not incur penalties.

The board is pleased to announce that on April 30, 2025, Tritech will repay HKD 3.3 million to the group as repayment of the principal of the loan provided by Tritech. The company believes that this early repayment will benefit the overall business and cash flow of the group
