Tongyu Heavy announced that the company has received the "Acceptance of Registration Notice" issued by the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors, agreeing to accept the registration of the company's medium-term notes, with a registered amount of 1 billion yuan. The registration quota is valid for 2 years from the date of this notice. The company may issue medium-term notes in installments within the validity period of the registration and must file with the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors in advance
