# LISI GP HOLD: LISI Daily Necessities and LISI Electric have signed a new leasing agreement

According to the announcement from LISI GP HOLD (00526), due to the expiration of the old lease agreement on May 31, 2025, on April 30, 2025, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary LISI Daily Necessities (as the tenant) entered into a new lease agreement with LISI Electric (as the landlord) regarding the renewal of the property. The new lease will commence on June 1, 2025, for a period of 3 years, expiring on May 31, 2028, with a monthly rent of RMB 684,000 (old lease agreement: RMB 635,000).

The property refers to the premises located at No. 518, Chengxin Road, Investment and Entrepreneurship Center, Yinzhou District, Ningbo City, China, including factories and dormitories, which are the subject of the new lease agreement
