# CEN PLAZA HOTEL: Court orders withdrawal of liquidation petition

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CEN PLAZA HOTEL (08315) announced that the petitioner has submitted a winding-up petition against the company. On April 30, 2025, the company received an order from the High Court of Hong Kong dated April 22, 2025, which ordered (among other things) the withdrawal of the winding-up petition, no need to obtain a recognition order from the High Court for the petition, and the cancellation of the winding-up hearing scheduled for May 28, 2025
