Canlon announced that shareholder Lu Lijun, holding 7.35% of the company's shares, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 9 million shares, accounting for 2.43% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding and/or block trading from May 27, 2025, to August 26, 2025
