# JHEC: Plans to repurchase company shares for 400 million to 600 million yuan

On the evening of April 30th, JHEC announced that it plans to repurchase company shares through centralized bidding, with a total repurchase amount of no less than RMB 400 million and no more than RMB 600 million. The repurchase price will not exceed RMB 12.01 per share. The repurchased shares will be used for equity incentives and to reduce the company's registered capital. The repurchase period is within 12 months from the date the shareholders' meeting approves the share repurchase plan
