# After the plunge, Middle Eastern funds and top-tier funds enter the market

On April 29th, Xingqi Pharmaceutical surged 14.14%. The company's quarterly report shows that in the first quarter of this year, the Kuwait Investment Authority and the well-known fund manager of China Europe Fund, Ge Lan, significantly increased their positions, both newly entering the top ten circulating shareholders of Xingqi Pharmaceutical.
