# LMS Compliance Receives Listing, Quotation Notice for 13,372,603 Shares

LMS Compliance received a listing and quotation notice for up to, 13,372,603 shares to be issued to Splendor Certification, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.

In an earlier filing, the company had agreed to acquire a 75% stake in Anchor Technology for around $4.5 million from Splendor Certification Co.

Under the agreement, LMS Compliance settled approximately 66% of the purchase price through the issuance of new shares in the company to the vendor.
