# AVIC Airborne: Shareholders of AVIC Airborne plan to privately transfer 0.47% of the company's shares

AVIC Airborne announced that on May 5, 2025, the company's shareholder AVIC Investment and its actual controller China Aviation Industry Corporation signed an "Asset Transfer Agreement," intending to transfer 22,677,200 shares held by AVIC Investment to China Aviation Industry Corporation through a non-public agreement. After the completion of this transfer, AVIC Investment will no longer hold shares in the company, and the shareholding ratio of China Aviation Industry Corporation will increase to 6.31%. This equity change is an internal transfer between shareholders under the same control and will not result in a change of the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller
