CANNY announced that the company's original controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Wang Youlin, has passed away. His spouse, Ms. Zhu Meijuan, has inherited 376 million shares of the company, accounting for 47.06% of the company's total share capital. After this change in equity is completed, Ms. Zhu Meijuan will become the controlling shareholder and actual controller of the company
