# Schibsted Unit to Sell Price Comparison Site Prisjakt

Schibsted's Schibsted Marketplaces agreed to sell its e-commerce price comparison service Prisjakt Sverige for a cash consideration of 500 million kronor.

The Norwegian media group said Tuesday the deal is expected to close at the start of June, pending approval from competition authorities and other standard closing conditions.
