Runben Biotechnology: Plans to invest 600 million yuan to build a Runben biotechnology research and production base project

Runben Biotechnology announced that the company plans to build a new production and research base in the International Biomedical Innovation Park of the Guangzhou Knowledge City in Huangpu District, Guangzhou, to continuously strengthen the company's C2M supply chain barriers and meet the future growing demand for production, sales, and research. In 2024, the company successfully acquired the ZSCB-E3-3 plot located in the park and invested 700 million yuan to construct the "Runben Intelligent Manufacturing Future Factory Project." Due to the small area of this plot, the company found it difficult to effectively plan the aforementioned functions and meet the long-term development needs during the planning and design phase. Therefore, on May 6, 2025, the company successfully acquired the ZSCB-E3-4 plot located in the park, with a land area of approximately 31,600 square meters, and plans to invest 600 million yuan to construct the "Runben Biotechnology R&D and Production Base Project." The construction content mainly includes office areas, R&D areas, living areas, production and manufacturing areas, and supporting projects for the park, aimed at conducting research and development, production, and supporting services for personal care products, cosmetics, medical devices, and pharmaceutical manufacturing-related products
