# SIFANG's controlling shareholder plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, SIFANG (601126.SH) has announced that due to its own funding needs, the controlling shareholder Sifang Electric plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3% of the company's total share capital through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement, with a total intended reduction of no more than 24,998,040 shares
