# TNP: Shareholder Zheng Xu, holding over 5% of shares, terminates the agreement to transfer company shares

TNP announced that on May 6, 2025, the company received a "Notice of Termination of Agreement Transfer" from shareholder Zheng Xu, who holds more than 5% of the shares. Due to market conditions and other reasons, the share transfer agreement has been terminated, and the transaction is canceled. Zheng Xu originally planned to transfer 61,180,000 unrestricted circulating shares of the company to Chang'an Trust, but as of the date of the announcement, the transfer procedures for these shares have not been completed, and no substantial transfer has occurred. The termination of this agreement will not lead to a change in the company's control and will not affect the company's governance structure or daily production and operations
