# Tengda Tech: Tengzhong Investment plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1.8% of shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Tengda Tech (001379.SZ) announced that Ningbo Meishan Bonded Port Area Tengzhong Equity Investment Management Center (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Tengzhong Investment") holds 20 million shares of the company (accounting for 10.00% of the company's total share capital) and plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 3.6 million shares, or no more than 1.8% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding and/or block trading within three months after the 15 trading days from the date of this announcement (i.e., from May 28, 2025, to August 27, 2025)
