# Farben Information's major shareholder Jinan Huiying plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 12.6535 million shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Farben Information (300925.SZ) stated that its shareholder holding more than 5%, Jinan Huiying Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Jinan Huiying"), plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 12.6535 million shares (i.e., no more than 3% of the total share capital after excluding the shares in the company's repurchase special securities account) through centralized bidding, block trading, or a combination of both within three months after the disclosure of this announcement (from May 28, 2025, to August 27, 2025)
