# Taili Technology IPO pricing at 17.05 yuan/share, subscription opens on May 8

According to the announcement from Taili Technology (301595.SZ), the issuer and the sponsor (lead underwriter) have determined the issuance price to be RMB 17.05 per share based on the preliminary inquiry results. This decision takes into account factors such as investor quotes and intended subscription amounts, effective subscription multiples, the issuer's fundamentals and industry position, market conditions, valuation levels of peer listed companies, fundraising needs, and underwriting risks. The offline issuance will no longer conduct cumulative bidding inquiries.

The subscription date for the offline issuance is the same as that for the online issuance, both set for May 8, 2025 (T day)
