Token Sciences plans to establish a joint venture company to seize the development trends in the computing power industry

According to the announcement from Token Sciences (300088.SZ), the company plans to cooperate with advanced enterprises in the computing power industry, based on its optimistic outlook on the development prospects of intelligent computing power services and related business areas. The company aims to fully grasp the development trends of the computing power industry, layout new quality productive forces, and open up a second growth curve for its business. Recently, the company signed a "Letter of Intent for Cooperation" with Fujian Huari Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("Fujian Huari"), Suzhou Feisa Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) ("Suzhou Feisa"), and Jiang Jianhua. The company, together with Fujian Huari, Suzhou Feisa, and Jiang Jianhua, will jointly invest to establish Wuhu Changxin Huari Intelligent Computing Technology Co., Ltd. (subject to approval by the Market Supervision Administration, hereinafter referred to as the "Joint Venture Company"). The registered capital of the Joint Venture Company is RMB 100 million, of which Token Sciences holds 41%, with a subscribed capital contribution of RMB 41 million; Fujian Huari holds 39%, with a subscribed capital contribution of RMB 39 million; Suzhou Feisa holds 10%, with a subscribed capital contribution of RMB 10 million; Jiang Jianhua holds 10%, with a subscribed capital contribution of RMB 10 million. The funding sources are all self-owned funds. The main business of the Joint Venture Company includes: 1. Purchasing equipment and software related to computing power, and selling them to end customers after networking and system integration; 2. The Joint Venture Company will actively promote cooperation with quality clients in various fields such as telecommunications operators, universities, research institutes, AI large models, autonomous driving, game media, life sciences, high-end manufacturing, and robotics, providing them with intelligent computing systems and intelligent computing leasing; 3.
