# QJCT: Some shares of the company held by the controlling shareholder, Tourism Investment Group, are planned to be auctioned

On the evening of May 6th, QJCT announced that its controlling shareholder, Xi'an Qujiang Tourism Investment Co., Ltd., holds 115 million shares of the company, accounting for 44.9% of the company's total share capital. The subject of the proposed auction is 16 million unrestricted tradable shares held by the tourism investment group, accounting for 6.27% of the company's total share capital. Currently, these shares are in a frozen state. The proposed auction of these shares will not affect the company's production and operations, nor will it lead to a change in the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller
