
Tom's major shareholder pledges over 98% of shares
On May 6th, Zhejiang Jinke Tom released an announcement regarding the pledge of some shares by shareholders. The announcement indicated that on April 29th, Tom's controlling shareholder Zhu Zhigang pledged 3 million shares, accounting for 0.98% of his holdings; as of the announcement date, Zhu Zhigang had cumulatively pledged 302.3 million shares, accounting for 98.56% of his holdings and 8.6% of the company's total shares. The announcement stated that the source of funds for the company's share pledge repayment comes from business revenue, asset realization, share transfer, and other self-owned or self-raised funds, and that it is actively taking measures to address the risks of forced liquidation or forced transfer, strictly fulfilling information disclosure obligations in accordance with the Securities Law, the Management Measures for the Acquisition of Listed Companies, and other relevant regulations
