# BRETON's public offering in Hong Kong was subscribed 198.72 times, expected to be listed on May 7

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, BRETON (01333) announced the allocation results, with the company globally offering 13 million H shares, of which 20% is for public offering in Hong Kong and 80% for international offering. The final offering price is HKD 18 per share, raising a net amount of HKD 147.8 million from the global offering. The trading unit is 200 shares, and H shares are expected to start trading on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong at 9:00 AM (Hong Kong time) on May 7, 2025 (Wednesday).

The Hong Kong public offering was subscribed 198.72 times, while the international offering was subscribed 0.92 times
